Great clinic! The staff is helpful and friendly. I love my RMT and it’s easy to find someone else at the clinic to see when he’s on vacation. It’s easy to book appointments and the inclusion of physiotherapists, naturopaths, acupuncturists, yoga classes and reflexology makes it easy to try new therapies. Only thing to keep in mind is they have a 48 hr cancellation policy which is different from most clinics.

This Hartwell Therapy location is great because it has all the same commodities as the original one, but with a different layout (and Starbucks right next door). The staff is just as lovely as the one on Main Street and the services offered come with the same quality and expertise. I particularly like the bright decor, the motion activated lights and how accommodating both the therapists and front desk staff are. A true gem in the SW Marine Drive area.
