Shika is an internationally trained and highly empathetic physiotherapist with extensive clinical experience and a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy. She has worked with patients of all ages and backgrounds, helping them manage and recover from a wide variety of conditions.
She uses an evidence-based, analytical approach to identify the root cause of each issue and integrates manual therapy, individualized exercise prescription, electrical modalities, and patient education into her treatments. Her personable nature and holistic mindset make her a trusted partner in her patients’ health and recovery journey. Passionate about movement and long-term wellness, Shika is dedicated to tailoring each treatment plan to align with her patients’ goals and needs.
She is fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi, which helps her connect with a wide range of patients.
