Sophie graduated from the Registered Massage Therapy Program at Langara College in 2023. Born and raised on Vancouver Island.

Something you might be surprised to know about me

• When she’s not working she can be found reading, hiking or hanging out with her cats.
• she grew up playing hockey and exploring the great outdoors

Clinical special interests

• She enjoys working with all populations including pre and post-natal treatments, injury rehabilitation and maintenance for chronic conditions. 
• She enjoys collaborating with patients to create a unique treatment plan. 
• She primarily uses Swedish techniques, active and passive release, neuromuscular and MyoFascial Release techniques during treatment.
