Initial assessments are typically 60 minutes. Follow-up treatments are usually 30–60 minutes, depending on your needs and treatment plan.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and gives your therapist access to the area being treated (e.g., shorts for knee issues or a tank top for shoulder treatments).
