Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) – Vancouver, BC

Hartwell Therapy & Wellness is currently seeking Registered Massage Therapists to join our multidisciplinary team.

We are a locally owned, woman-owned, clinician-led practice focused on collaborative care and long-term practitioner growth. Our clinics are established and busy, allowing therapists to build a full caseload while working in a supportive environment where you can focus on patient care rather than administration.

You will work alongside physiotherapists, clinical Pilates instructors, and rehabilitation practitioners in a coordinated care model with active cross-referrals.

About the Role

RMTs at Hartwell Therapy & Wellness maintain clinical autonomy while benefiting from a collaborative team environment. Our reception team manages booking, billing, and patient communication so practitioners can focus on assessment, treatment, and patient outcomes. We do not require product sales targets or self-marketing to maintain a full schedule.

Requirements

• Registered and in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (Massage Therapy)
• Professional liability insurance
• Strong communication and patient-education skills
• Interest in working within a multidisciplinary clinic
