Bio

I believe physiotherapy is working together with the client to meet their individualized goals. I have experience treating a wide variety of people from athletes, seniors, desk workers as well as ICBC and WorkSafe BC clients. I also have experience teaching clinical pilates. I speak fluent English and Tagalog.

Outside of the clinic, I enjoy a variety of activities like pilates, running, snowboarding and hiking. I also like to slow things down, with some yoga. 🌄🧘‍♀️
