Intro Certification to Reformer Pilates for Health Care Therapists
Overview
We decided to offer Hartwell Therapy’s Intro to Pilates with Natasha our Physiotherapist to allow for a focus on Reformer exercises for therapists interested in learning pilates with a more cost affordable option and reasonable time commitment.
Our course will allow you to integrate reformer pilates into your practice right away!
In future we do also hope to run additional one day advanced classes for future learning but this will be plenty to get you starte
Course Duration + Cost
The dates and times will be Sunday 9am to 1:30pm on Sunday March 9th, 16th and 30th 2025.
There will be a short break for a quick lunch and snack as well.
We will be keeping the classes small as well to a maximum of 8 people (2 people per reformer) so you will get lots of individualized attention and focus unlike some of the bigger courses with 20-25 people.
Cost total for all 3 sessions: $900 (+ GST)

Materials Provided
On the day, you will be provided with a pair of Pilates socks, access to our Google drive with all the videos of the exercises learned and your course manual.
