Bio
Ariel is a dedicated and evidence-driven physiotherapist with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto and a background in Biochemistry from Hong Kong. She has experience working across both inpatient and outpatient settings, including musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiac, and geriatric patients.
Ariel is passionate about helping clients restore movement, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy. She takes an individualized approach to care, using thorough assessments to identify the root cause of dysfunction and developing tailored treatment plans to support each client’s goals. Her treatments ranges from exercise-based rehabilitation, manual therapy, functional training, use of modalities and education on injury prevention and long-term self-management.
Ariel values building strong therapeutic relationships and believes that education and collaboration are key to successful outcomes. She strives to create a supportive and motivating environment where clients feel confident and empowered throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Ariel is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, enabling her to connect with a diverse range of clients.Outside the clinic, Ariel enjoys trying different cuisines, travelling, exploring new countries, and staying active through hiking and going to the gym.
