Update as of April 1, 2020: under the direction of health authorities, services at both Hartwell Therapy and Wellness locations will remain temporarily suspended until further notice. While you are able to access your account in Jane, online booking is not available at this time and all previously booked appointments for the month of April have been cancelled. Public health authorities will inform us when we are permitted to re-open. If you have any questions or concerns, emails to info@hartwelltherapy.com will be monitored daily. For those without email, voicemails will be checked once per week.

We will be accepting appointments for Telehealth starting on Monday April 6th. Please contact us if you have any questions about whether your insurance will cover Telehealth appointments.
In the meantime, do you follow us on Instagram? Every Wednesday and Friday at 3:00 PM PST our kinesiologist Celina live streams a quick 30 minute workout for our followers! Follow us at @hartwelltherapy to never miss a workout.
If you are needing more options to stay active, our sister company DanZa Productions has many of their regular dance and Zumba classes online! Read the instructions below to access the classes taught by our wonderful team of instructors:
1. Download the MINDBODY app, create an account and sign in
2. Once signed in, search for DanZa Productions to see the schedule, sign up and purchase a pass
3. Once you have your pass and you are on the registration list, you will receive an email with the link to view the dance class video or the Zumba Live Stream beginning at 10:00 AM PST each morning
4. Make sure to have signed up before 9:30 AM PST on the day of the class to receive the link!
