Clinic Policies

Cancellation Policy:

A 24-hour notification is required to cancel or change any appointments. If you do cancel or change within this 24 hour period, 50% of the treatment fee will be applied to your account. Out of respect to all of our therapists and our other patients, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can accommodate others that may be on our wait lists. We, of course, understand that extenuating circumstances may occur so please inform us of the situation in the event this happens.


We accept all major credit cards, debit, cash, and cheque.

Consent to Treatment:

All patients must sign and fill out our online consent forms and waivers prior to commencing treatment.
All treatments will be discussed by your practitioner during treatment and alternatives can be provided by your practitioner if needed.

Arrival Policies:

Please fill our your paperwork online ahead of time or you must arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment .
We request that you be on time for all subsequent appointments.
If you are late for your treatment, treatment will still end at the scheduled time to prevent the therapist’s schedule being affected.

For appointments within 12 hours, online booking is NOT available. Please e-mail us at and our reception team will help you book.
