Angela found her interest in massage therapy after obtaining a Bachelor of Science in general biology. She graduated from the 3000hr program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2006. Her approach includes deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and joint mobilizations, which are mainly used to treat symptoms caused by postural dysfunction and overuse injuries. Over the years, Angela has increased her knowledge and techniques regarding prenatal massage, myofascial release and sports massage. Her interest and passion toward massage therapy continue to grow and she hopes to continue in this profession for many years to come.
Outside of work Angela loves spending time with her family, preferably outdoors to burn off the energy of her two young boys and dog. She also enjoys knitting, gardening, yoga and snowboarding.
