Sally’s interest in health, movement, and the human body led her to complete a Bachelor’s of Human Kinetics. Years later, still with an undying interest in health and a growing curiosity for alternatives to achieving well-being, she completed a Diploma of Registered Massage Therapy. Her passion lies with aiding patients in their restoration of health and improving their quality of life.
As a graduate of Langara College’s registered massage therapy program, she has worked with pregnant women, patients with spinal cord injuries, athletes, dancers, patients at a hospice, and the general public. Common techniques she uses are Swedish massage, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, and stretching techniques.
On her spare time, Sally likes hiking and spending time in nature, cycling, trying new recipes, and discovering new music.
